Mohit Gupta

Principal Scientist Tessera Therapeutics

Mohit Gupta, PhD is a Principal Scientist in Targeted LNP Formulation team at Tessera Therapeutics, where he works at the forefront of creating novel gene therapies for in vivo CAR-T and Sickle Cell Disease programs. With over a decade of expertise spanning medicinal chemistry, lipid design, and RNA delivery, Mohit goal is to develop LNP with precise extrahepatic delivery. His experience encompasses the full spectrum from rational lipid design to tLNP formulation optimization and process development. Prior to Tessera, he conducted postdoctoral research at Oregon State University in the Sahay Lab, focusing on organ-selective lipid chemistry. Mohit holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Duquesne University.
