Director of Formulation & Process Development Providence Therapeutics

Líliam Oliveira, PhD, is Director of Formulation & Process Development at Providence Therapeutics, where she leads development strategies for next-generation nanomedicine and gene therapy platforms. With more than 15 years of experience across pharmaceutical development, lipid nanoparticles, vaccines, and nanotechnology, Líliam has led and supported over 40 projects spanning formulation, process optimization, and translational development. Prior to Providence, she held scientific leadership roles at Precision NanoSystems and CDRD, and completed postdoctoral research in both Canada and France. She holds a PhD in Biological Science, Pharmaceutics & Drug Design from UFOP – Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto.
