Jack is a Principal Scientist at GSK focused on early CMC drug substance development. His work centers on mRNA process development and optimization to bridge early and late stage CMC across programs. Beyond routine optimization, he evaluates how IVT raw materials affect final drug substance quality and identifies the critical quality attributes (CQAs) used to de risk material selection and scale up.
