Cangjie Yang is an Associate Director in Zipcode Bio, with a focus on carrier design for nucleic acid therapeutics across diverse disease indications. His current work centers on developing simplified, single-component delivery systems to enable programmable biodistribution of nucleic acids across multiple organs. Previously, he was an Associate Director at CSL Seqirus, leading lipid nanoparticle (LNP) platform development for samRNA vaccines and gene therapy programs. He has led ionizable lipid and formulation development efforts, integrating molecular design with formulation optimization and scale-up considerations to advance delivery platforms from early discovery through IND-enabling development
